"The service was terrible. If you wanted to eat dinner on the night a tour group was eating dinner. The menu was limited. Getting ice from the bar was like pulling teeth. Staff were not friendly Never staying at this hotel again. The worst Hilton property EVER."

"The check in was really easy and the staff were lovely. The menu for dinner was limited and the service was slow. Breakfast was help yourself and had plenty of choice, one waitress was extremely rude. The room was clean and spacious."

"Had to have maintenance attend the room for around an hour to fix the shower hose (cracked) the air con (wasn’t working) and the heated towel rail in the bathroom (wouldn’t turn off and was blazing hot on a 30 degree day). Room was ok in terms of cleanliness but I cleaned some marks off walls myself because it was off putting. Overall poor experience as I was late for the concert I was attending at the stadium, waiting for basic stuff to be fixed. Ruined the experience tbh."

"Amazing location for Wembley, only hotel guests were allowed in the bar after the gig which made it comfortable. Breakfast was great with plenty of options. Rooms spacious, clean and comfortable"

"Pros: room is clean, staff friendly, shops nearby Cons: bathroom is too small. The sink/vanity in bathroom is so small and shallow that it is not possible to use. Don't close the sliding foldable door for shower fully because there is no handle from the shower side to open it."

"One Bathroom shower was too hot no matter what setting you move it to, the other shower was very small. Cleanliness needs improving and the rooms presentation also needs improvement"

"I really enjoyed my stay here. Great apartment, very clean and so convenient for staying away for a week for work. Supermarket nearby for the essentials, parking space and no noise of slamming doors like you get in a hotel. Will book again for my next trip."
