"The apartment was beautiful however it had a terrible stench. It smelled like a mixture of mold and sewage; the beds were also on the smaller side more fitting for one person. We had to purchase freshners and open the balcony door to lighten the smell. Besides that it was an ok experience "

"The staff at this hotel were delightful. Always cheerful and helpful. The food in the hotel restaurant was bland, but not bad. The room was fairly small but had the basics. My biggest recommendation would be for them to install actual light switches instead of using the weird control panel they have, and to get more/better TV options. "

"Very convenient location for traveling around metropolitan London area. Breakfast at no additional charge is a bonus as not much food options available in the area if you’re starting day early. Staff are friendly and helpful."

"I called the property on the day as i realised i hadnt checked mobility. Honestly the owner could not have been more helpful. Is the hotel dated yes but it is clean and felt safe and secure. The owner and staff were super freindly, super helpful and i would definitely stay again. "

"Easy to find and in a great location. Only downside was bathroom door didnt lock or close proprly nd the noise from passing traffic was quite loud. However, it was super clean, beds were comfy and staff were friendly. "

Está un poco lejos del centro de Londres y siempre hay que coger transporte público como el metro que está cerca eso sí pero demasiados desplazamientos. El trato del personal muy bueno, súper amables y el desayuno no estaba mal del todo pero poca variedad para ser buffet."

"Bad experience. Loads of hairs between the bedsheets. No concern or questions from staff when I asked for a clean sheet. When I was changing my sheet, uncovered even more hairs as well as what looked like about 5 bed bug casts. Similar in our second room. Both rooms also stank of aftershave and there was a suspiciously strong air conditioner in the hall. Checked out without sleeping there - staff offered another room but we wouldn't risk it since it did look like small bed bug casts. Staff said...
