"The Hotel was OK but as my stay was very short hard to say anything else"

"Everything was ok for the money, the only negatives were the automatic door pusher in my room was no functioning properly, it kept slamming my door with brutal force and I assume the other rooms had the same problem because I kept hearing doors being slammed. The other negative was the strong food smell coming from the building next door. The fan was too small it barely blow air."

"I called the property on the day as i realised i hadnt checked mobility. Honestly the owner could not have been more helpful. Is the hotel dated yes but it is clean and felt safe and secure. The owner and staff were super freindly, super helpful and i would definitely stay again. "

"Pros: room is clean, staff friendly, shops nearby Cons: bathroom is too small. The sink/vanity in bathroom is so small and shallow that it is not possible to use. Don't close the sliding foldable door for shower fully because there is no handle from the shower side to open it."

"Hotel is in a good place to get to Wembley but I wouldn't rate it as a 4 star because the rooms were tied apart from the bathrooms were nice . In the room the carpets were very dirty and three bear in parts and also do in the corridor.there was know matteres protection cover on. Breckfast was ok."

But the bathroom is facing another window and it doesn’t have any blinds/ curtains or tinting so you can just see straight in to the bathroom (Everything is on show) there was also no mugs with the kettle in the room, so don’t really see its use. Very quiet and peaceful overall. Also no mirrors in the room fyi"

"I had no idea there was a spa! The room itself was clean, except the sheets were very stained. There was a kettle & cups but nothing to put in them. Very noisy street, made it hard to sleep. The water was nice and hot though. "

"**If you are in room 8 and the AC doesn't work, call them out on it. There are multiple reviews of issues with AC and this unit didn't even have power to the AC panel. ** First night we checked in it was a warm night. We were offered a fan at check in, which was an immediate red flag that the AC wasn't working prior to our arrival. The second night we noticed people checking out, we asked to move rooms. They told us it wasn't the same "tier" (a downgrade) but the AC worked. We accepted that...

"It's nice location with good facilities and unique approach. However I noticed drop in the services in comparison with my visit last year. For example, they reduced the sport classes, they didn't have emergency toothpaste asking me to go and buy and quality of cleaning and up keeping is not the same, so would love for them to work on these small details"

"Ruime familiekamer. Koelkastje en waterkoker aanwezig. Goed bed en warme douche. Buurt is oud, maar duidelijk in ontwikkeling door aantrekken hippere winkels en horeca. Op woensdag en vrijdagavond (tot 12 uur) muziek in de pub die je goed hoort in de kamer."

"Lovely hotel, staff were super welcoming. We had to stay at the hotel for over 3 weeks and in between extending our stay due to home renovations. Nonetheless, staff went above and beyond with ensuring we were looked after during this tough time for us. We became well known with the hotel staff, to the point they memorised our breakfast orders."
