Cari Hostel di Circle D-KC Estates

"My stay was a bit mixed. The staff was awesome, gave me an early check in and an upgrade, and they were all very kind people. I liked the free coffee and breakfast, the size of the room, comfy mattress and quality bath products. Unfortunately, my room on the 1st floor had a very strong moldy smell. All clothes that I had taken out of my suitcase for the one night I stayed, including what I wore in bed, had the mold smell when unpacking at home."

"Clean room just too many crickets on first floor by side door"

"Great experience. Clean room. Check in and out super easy."

"The ataff was very nice. They don't have an elevator for guest. The breakfast wasnt very good the exact. It was okay but by the 2nd morning we went to the Texas Grill close by and continued going there for breakfast the next 3 days of our stay. The floors were wavy on the 2nd level and there was a musty smell that permeated the entire place. I wouldn't stay again on a return trip."

"Staff was amazing. In particular, Amber was really nice and helpful. She took care of all our needs and the needs of everyone else during the busy weekend. She even took the time to help a traveler book a reservation in another hotel; she went above and beyond to help this person."

"My wife and I were very pleased with the service that was provided"

"I needed to travel to the are for a quick trip at the last minute. The staff was very friendly and helpful . I was very tired and they made some area suggestions. Also helped when I was so tired I was completely missing directions for the wifi that were very obvious. The place is very new amd I don't think anyone had ever slept in the room. Mattress was comfortable and ac worked well."

"Room was clean and comfortable, the whole property is being remodeled."

"This motel was generally a positive experience. Even though it is near the highway, I didn't hear any highway noise during the night, and the grounds and my room were neat and clean. The staff at the window were patient and helpful as I visited them throughout my stay. I found that there was no smoke detector in my room upon my arrival, but when I reported this to the staff they fixed the issue within a couple hours. I would likely stay here again if I were passing through the are in the...

"Very nice and well maintained. Professional staff."

"Good place"

"The hotel was nice. I wish the breakfast would have had more of a selection of hot breakfast."

"The manager was a nasty man. When I checked in. He complain immediately that my rate was too low, and he was not making any money and he would only give me room service. Two days a week. I explained to him. I just had hip surgery and was staying for 20 days to give me a nice quiet room. This Hotel is located right on the highway, so it is incredibly noisy. He gave me a room right next to the highway and upstairs and I asked him quite kindly. When I checked in four days I had only barely warm...

"Room was spacious, clean but bathroom a little dated. Bath towels were small, internet was weak and unusable in our room and there was not cell signal. Overall quiet in room even though rooms appeared to be all booked."
