"I didn't appreciate that the front desk lady didn't mention I could self-check in, in case I would be late, since they have limited hours at the front desk. She was kind of rude all time. Even when I checked out, there is not excuse on language barriers, being polite and friendly, and have empathy super pass speaking language. I was charged twice, apparently because I checked out late, funny thing is that they charged me on Feb 2nd around 4:30 am (I paid with my CC on their machine), then at...

"Nice clean hotel with very pleasant and helpful reception. It has simple but comfortable amenities and is close to the highway. A good stopover, plus its not far into the centre of Clermont to explore the old city. "

"What a wonderful place. The apartment was clean and airy with a balcony to enjoy having a meal,glass of wine or coffee. Everything you need in the kitchenette apart from a frying pan and or a saucepan(just a huge cooking pot). Only down side is there isn't any Aircon in the room so it's very hard to sleep in the night- the mobile fan just moves the warm air around. Spa is wonderful!!! Our favourite place across our trip in Spain and France. Would visit again. "
