"After a long day of traveling, we arrived to the hotel to find a skeleton crew of staff who were not all that friendly or accommodating. Once we hauled our luggage up several flights of stairs to our room we found the room to be a bit dingy and the television did not work. We were expecting to relax and watch some television before an early flight the next morning. We contacted guest services to report the issue. "From the moment we were checked-in to the check-out process, this hotel was the BEST place i’ve ever stayed at!! The staff, specifically Daniel, Lithia, Anastasiia, and Stefania were truly incredible and so helpful. They made our stay here so special and the rooms were truly just perfect. Super comfortable and the breakfast was included as well! Breakfast was delicious and the staff was also amazing! Will definitely recommend this place if you are staying in Rome and I will be coming back here...

"This was a lovely hotel with a wonderful and friendly front desk person. The hotel is super close to the Trevi fountain and other famous landmarks in short walking differences. With that being said though, don’t expect a good nights sleep due to the traffic outside the window all day long— this is obviously something out of their control, but something to consider. The only “con” about this room was what seemed to be the lack of air control. There is a thermostat in the room but it’s locked on...

"Beautiful room, perfectly located with short walk to Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, Colosseum, Piazza Novona, and numerous great restaurants. We took a taxi to the Vatican, but walked back (so walking is very comfortable). Francesca at the front desk was amazingly helpful with us booking trips and taxis. Breakfast was great! Would definitely recommend."

"Centrally located near the Travi fountain, mattress was very firm but OK, almost no noise into the room from the busy street below. You get only one old fashioned key."

"The room was very nice with modern design and amenities, however definitely a tight space. It is very close to the trevi fountain which was a huge plus for us. The con was the thin walls as we had a hard time sleeping since we could hear the neighbors TV late at night and it sounded as if they were in our room. Other than that, no complaints."
