"The hotel was located in a neighborhood where there was homeless people sleeping on the street. So the shops nearby were not good and the shops that were there could early due to the crime. However if you walked a couple of blocks down you would find a nice area full of beautiful buildings mostly businesses like banks but not too many shops and restaurants. "

"This is a special place, and I really enjoyed my stay here. The morning yoga classes on the floating dock were exceptional. Just be aware it is a 3-star resort, so don't expect the units to be in top condition. Cleanliness could be better (corners, top of the fridge), though overall acceptable (linens and towels were clean). Overall a very peaceful spot with amenities to offer and friendly staff. Oh, and the daily banana bread was delicious (and vegan, which was a pleasant surprise)."

"Location was great on the beach. Comfortable, updated, ocean view room but bathroom was tiny. Birds kept landing on our balcony. Part of the adventure! Beautiful area and chill away from hub bub of dt Waikiki but there are very few restaurants in the area. Never was able to get reservations for Hau Tree lanai restaurant so had to eat in the bar area. Interior of property needs updating. All that said, we would stay here again.

"friendly staff, quick service, requested more towels and toilet paper and it arrived within 5 minutes. Loved the shops on the first floor and food trucks located right across the street where the workers were just as kind. Our AC stopped working our last night there, then our socket blew after plugging in a phone charger. All in all great service and great experience.
I would stay here again."

"I literally danced a jig when entering my room: breathtaking ocean view, including Diamond Head. I even spotted sea turtles from my balcony.
King sized bed, extremely comfortable with very soft sheets and pillows of varying density. Lovely bathroom with heavenly White Tea shampoo, conditioner, etc.
If shopping is your game, then Waikiki has it all from Target to Tiffany!
And yes, you are welcomed to this Victorian Masterpiece with a real flower lei.🌺"

"We stayed at the Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort for seven nights and left extremely disappointed. The property is currently under heavy construction, and the extent of that construction was not clearly disclosed at the time of booking.
Large sections of the hotel are impacted. One entire entrance is closed, parts of the property feel like a construction zone, and several amenities that guests reasonably expect at a “resort” are simply unavailable. During our stay there was no on-site coffee...
