"We were disappointed from the start. It took 30+ minutes to check in. We booked a room with two Queen beds. When we checked in, we were told that they gave away all the rooms with queen beds. We paid more for that room and no compensation was provided. The security is sketchy at best. The same code works for every room. We realized this when we accidently went the wrong room. We did not feel safe at all. The room had a light with broken glass sticking out. It also had a very dirty...

"The location was simply amazing and it was handy to have the kitchenette. But the floor was dirty and soap was missing. I called to ask for both to be fixed. Eventually we got soap, but staff didn’t help with the floor as reception said they would. Beds were comfy, but pillows were like bricks. It could have been an amazing stay if the room was given a tad more love and upkeep."
