"I would like a refund, because we didn't stay here. We check in and immediately check out and asked for refund. I still haven't received the refund."

"This was our first stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites. We reserved two rooms and checked in late. Our destination was Chattanooga, Tennessee, and this location was conveniently situated halfway on our drive from Norfolk, Virginia. The front desk staff who assisted us was very friendly and courteous. He was also very helpful when we needed assistance obtaining coffee from the lobby. I would rate this experience five stars if not for a small issue: I noticed a dried, sticky substance on the blanket....

"The property exterior is not well kept and the hallway to rooms had an unpleasant mildew smell. The room itself was clean"

"Room was freezing and in need of a simple chair. There were pleny downstairs but not in the room. You need a chair to dress and put shoes on. Also when you finish riding you don’t want to sit on the bed. Also kitchen needed a drying rack paper towels or dish cloths. Beds were comfortable and location great. View of falls wonderful. Does the tv work downstairs?"

"The gentleman that was working in at the counter was extremely difficult to understand plus, he couldn’t understand what I was saying, and I speak English very clearly so we were disappointed with that aspect. The rest of the hotel was nice and clean. We had no issues with that just the gentleman at the counter totally satisfied."
