"Hands down the best hotel I've stayed at. They were so nice, accommodating the room was amazing, fridge and freezer, had dishes and silverware, and a mini cooktop and dishwasher. Breakfast was fantastic! Something different every day we were there (6 days) including fruit and hot items plus the view was beautiful. "Location in West Loop is fantastic, a block away from Whole Foods and a number of great restaurants in Greek town. The staff was fantastic in addressing our needs immediately including a clogged sink and sliding door that came off the tracks. The infrastructure is a bit old and outdated. The only complaint was that we had requested a crib, which the check-in staff had reassured us would be in our room. However, it was not there when we arrived. "We loved character of the building and the proximity to downtown. However the hotel was not as secure as others. Anyone from the public could access elevators. Also a $25 amenities fee was attached for cookies, water, and bikes. We did not need or use any of these."
