"We like the Hyatt but the beds were so uncomfortable. They looked older and over used. There were questionable stains on the wall. We ran into an issue with parking for valet. The hotel adjusted this. Great location for walkable restaurants. We do like the location and the amenities they offered like the washing machine and the little market. It was just not a great sleep for us."

The Hoxton pays attention to details and adds the extras that elevate a stay -- water bottle fill stations on every floor, coffee bar in the hotel, quick early breakfast delivered to the room for those rushing out. "The parking situation was terrible. At check-in, our room was not even ready. Once we finally got into the room, it was very dirty. There was hair in the bed, ashes from smoking, and crumbs all over the carpet. The carpet had clearly not been vacuumed at all."

"Had an excellent stay at the Gwen. Great location, very modern and clean, comfy bed, outdoor terrace was a plus. Cool vibe all around. Loved that the bathroom had a big tub separate from a walk in shower. It was very quiet at night. No complaints what so ever."
