My gut led me to choose this one; price was excellent around USD $30, it was at the upscale north end of White Beach (nr. station 1) and was ACTUALLY BEACHFRONT. I was not disappointed. It's not a luxury property but the location on Boracay, at the quieter, classier...

"Located a the top of a hill overlooking the ocean . Hammock located on the deck .( I spent hours in the hammock relaxing watching the sun set over the ocean. The retracting sliding glass panel doors open up the villa … I strongly recommend this place . The staff were very friendly , professional and accomodating. A shout out to Rica at reception for her wonderful service. Over all this place is incredible "
