"Classic upscale resort without being pretentious. Found it very warm and inviting. Small overlooked areas around the exterior of the Hotel could use some attention/cleanup, but overall very excellent. "

"Overall a good stay. We mainly came down for work so didn't spend much time in the hotel/room. But from what we could, the room, sheets, and bathroom were clean. Our hair dryer broke and we went down to the lobby to get a replacement and they immediately gave us a new one to use, so the service was attentive. Very close to the airport and walkable to BART and Caltrain. A couple small things that I would change is the lighting inside the room, it was pretty dark and hard to see inside when it got...
