It is within walking distance to the seaside promenade, Fort Michelangelo, cathedral and a delicious pizza restaurant nearby that offers freshly baked pizzas like Napoli Margherita pizza with Anchovies, wild mushrooms pizza. "The property was in a great area, near the waterfront. There were a lot of great restaurants within easy walking distance. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was very quiet at night. The host was amazingly helpful. She arranged transportation from the airport to the property, as well as transportation to the port after our stay."

"Bianca house is located on the waterfront and a very short walk to restaurants, shops and the train station. The building is very old on the outside, but Ms Bianca has totally modernized the inside to our delight. First floor is one flight up but worth the climb. Ms Bianca’s communication via What’s App was excellent from booking reservation to check-in. No staff on very clean premises, but she is available for questions and any assistance needed. "This was an unusual property/experience. The main door is located on a busy street in a sketchy area. The apartment is on the 3rd floor (2nd floor for Europeans). As there is no on-site staff, pre-check-in is handled through email, including passport submittal, etc. We arrived on Saturday morning in time to return a rental car before they closed at noon. Since check-in was not available until 3pm, this left us with nowhere to be and a bunch of luggage. Communication through the booking app was...

"Staying here was an incredible experience! Loris and Ambra are perfect hosts. Loris helped me arrange transportation to and from the hotel - and he carried all of our bags to and from the hotel! Ambra kept us in good food and coffee. We didn't meet Rita, but we ate her delicious cakes. Everyone was so friendly and attentive to our needs! I would give them a higher rating if I could! The room has an incredible view of the waterfront, and the hotel is beautifully placed near the downtown...

"Hard to figure out the key system. 3 doors. 3 different keys. No utensils in kitchen, so hard to stir coffee. Was clean and for only ine night it was adequate."
