"Truly remarkable experience in an 800 year old castle. The grounds are beautiful and include olive trees on the farm. Great views. Quaint experience with the owners who run the castle as a bed and breakfast. Our suite easily accommodated our family of five. We are grateful for the intimate breakfast the following morning. "Valdonica Winery is stunning! The views from our bedroom balcony were astounding, facing all the way down the vineyards, to the sea in the distance. The restaurant is run by Chef Marco, who has curated a wonderful 4 course tasting meal. Each of the dishes can be accompanied by one of Valdonica’s own wines. Manuela at reception was extremely helpful throughout our stay. She recommended a fantastic restaurant in the nearby town, called Da Nada, and made sure we had wine to celebrate, following...

"The location is great, you have beautiful Tuscan view in front of yard. The room and bathroom are large, clean and modern with full kitchen. Good choice of breakfast, restaurant onsite is good for dinner. Free parking is good for travel by car."
