"This property is brand new and so everything is clean and in great working condition. I did note a little dinginess in the bathroom however along the grout lines. The main issue is staffing and attention to guest needs. I'm not sure if they don't have enough people or if it was extremely busy weekend when we were there. We ask several times for extra linens for my kids to sleep on and no one ever responded. Also staff seemed overwhelmed and really not eager to help guests with their needs."

"Property was clean and staff were friendly. The bathroom door was not a traditional door, but rather two french-style doors that come together in the middle. There is no locking mechanism. Ours were also a little off, and would not close all the way. Otherwise the room worked for what we needed. The breakfast was a little low on options."

"We booked this hotel specifically because it was advertised on Expedia as offering a 24/7 free airport shuttle. Unfortunately, our arrival experience was very disappointing. After landing at Orlando International Airport, we called the hotel and the front desk instructed us to go to Terminal C, Ground Transportation level, pickup spot C271. We were told that the driver would be notified. We rushed there with our luggage because we did not want to keep the shuttle driver waiting, but no shuttle...

"We just stayed for a night. Very helpful front desk. Breakfast was good. Airport pickup had 30 mins waiting. I did not realize I had to call them. It’s best you call them as soon as you get out of the flight and request shuttle."
