"I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the treatment I received during my recent stay. While enjoying the water park, I received a call from the front desk stating that I was supposed to have checked out that day. "Loved the location. Bearing able to walk to everything. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The breakfast wasn’t much and the staff in there wasn’t as good as the rest of the hotel. The hotel overall just needs some updates and upkeep. Starting to look run down, but so was the visitor center."

"My mother and I came here on our vacation to Busch Gardens. The hotel is very close to the park and the room was nice. My main issue was our tv was not working and no one ever came to fix it. The WiFi was horrible so we were unable to use our devices when the TV did not work. My mother called the front desk and the lady was kinda rude and not much help. Great room! Just not the best service"

The shower and toilet were in a space that looked like a prison bathroom painted a horrible color with not enough hooks for wet towels or bathrobes.
