"Checked into our room and it had a deep odor, smelt like mildew. We went attended our event that night came back and the odor was extremely high, even worst. We went to front desk and they immediately got us another room, wheelchair access and that also had an issue. Soap was used. Now that made it even worse. It was very late night into morning, no where to go. We took clean sheets and removed old ones and spread new bedding so we can sleep. Next morning mgmt apologize for the inconvenience...

"The hotel is brand new and has a beautiful lobby/breakfast area. The issues were in our room. The water pressure in the shower was a dribble. My friend and I could not wash our hair. The windows don’t open so we couldn’t get any air in the room. We were in a wheelchair accessible room which was a nice room except the bathroom door was really loud any time you opened or closed it (you also cannot leave the door open as it’s automatic) so my friend and I kept waking each other up any time we...
