"King size bed very comfortable, a good sleep, cleanliness passible, could give a good spring clean up to the washroom floors and baseboards, tile grout dirty. And toilet needs to be adjusted as it’s wobbly, noisy when you finally sat on it. Rip up carpet in bedroom, or do a good shampoo to cleanse it. We didn’t have the breakfast, and complimentary coffee in room isn’t very good, probably the coffee machine needs cleaning??. Staff one lady at entrance /check-in very pleasant. Would I stay here again, probably not. "

"I was disappointed when at check out i told the staff member that my shower in my room didn't work. She took the room number and said sorry about that. So.. didn't get to have a shower, and no compensation. A little disappointed, since i had been to the concert the night before and could of used one. Hopefully it get's fixed for the next person who gets that room. Frustrated, since at check in, your staff members where working very hard to get to get a better deal for someone checking in.. A little disappointing. "

"The staff were very friendly and accommodating when we had asked to do an early check in. We travelled with young kids and having the pool was a big hit! The breakfast was the best I’ve ever seen at a hotel and there was lots of different options. I liked how I could bring it to our room and how early it opened. I would definitely come back here!"
