The problem was NOT the hotel, but Expedia . I tried to cancel early on Dec 8th and was told to contact Expedia- which I did twice by phone . The Expedia computer replied ,then cut me off after 6minutes of music.( both times ). So then I tried on-line , twice . At the bottom of the webpage there was a "blue" link for cancellations - which flashed but never actually "linked" . I lost my refund and will NEVER use Expedia again. Please let Expedia know.
I have used your hotels in the past and they have always been good. Thank you. Mike Vatcher..
