The beds were comfortable. Sometimes the elevator didn’t work and we were on the 12th floor. Several times had to call for wash cloths — they were not left in our room but they brought them shortly after the call."
"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was amazing and very clean. One thing though, there is a resort fee per day that you will pay upon check out. The ask for a card for a deposit (that you get back). Once you check out you will get the deposit back minus the resort fee charges."
