"Nice place to stay. Very clean. The shower didn't have great pressure, so for someone who has a lot of hair, it took a long time to rinse out the shampoo. Staff was friendly and helpful. Close to grocery store, gas station and fast food. I would stay there again and it felt kind of off the beaten path, but minutes to a lot of things and downtown. I would recommend it. There is not a true restaurant now, but I was told by staff there will be one opening soon. They do have a buffet style breakfast...

"The property is very dated. It looks much nicer in the photos. The staff was helpful when asked to address a concern such as a broken pull out bed, not enough towels and a garbage disposal that did not work. We had to take early morning showers and the hot water took forever to reach the shower head. The hvac units were very loud. I also think one of the elevators was not working. Overall we had a good stay but disappointed."

"Our check-in was quick and easy, and the front desk clerk was incredibly kind and welcoming. She was especially sweet to our little dog, which made us feel right at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The pet area was on the smaller side, but it was perfect for our small dog. "This hotel was everything we were looking for and more. Staff was very friendly during check in, rooms were clean and spacious, and all the amenities were absolutely delightful. The attached restaurant, Harison's, was delicious (breakfast and dinner)! I will be staying here again, and truthfully don't think I will stay anywhere else from now on."

"Hotel was new! Room was very nice, but the stool in bathroom did not work and the staff had know where to move us. Rooms telephone did not work to reach the front desk so had to take elevator to ask for maintenance to come. Maintenance does not work in the evening!! Hotel refunded our parking fee, but charged us full room rate of over $300.00 and a $20.00 surcharge….probably not going to recommend."

"Did not honor my Expedia status. Confused check in. Did get in early which was good. Could only give me ONE key card because they were short????? Two travelers there for a bike race and really needed two!! The overall hotel is dated and needs some care."

"The Village and World Mark is the only place we stay when visiting Steamboat Springs. Excellent for families with the kitchen and separate bedrooms. Amenities are top notch including several hot tubs and pools. Kids love the arcade, afternoon popcorn, and swimming. Very clean room with everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. The grounds are beautiful and kept very clean. Great staff that are very attentive and make this the best place to stay in Steamboat."
