"I loved it as soon as I opened the door. The only reason I didn't rate it excellent for the staff is because there is no person in the lobby, but the room was so clean and quaint. "The resort was amazing! I highly recommend and we will be back. The only issue was out of 5 nights, nobody ever came in to clean. When I was initially checking in I had heard a guest requesting her room to be cleaned, I was surprised to hear her request but after multiple days of going to guest services and requesting the same thing. I was disappointed. We had to continuously call for towels and it was a bit disappointing coming back to the room each day and seeing that they never came. "

"The room was relatively quiet, I could walk to dinner at two restaurants, the tv had lots of channels and the WiFi was relatively strong (89/20) for being in a rural area. There was a fridge if you wanted it and plenty of hot water.
The downsides were the furniture and bed were a little dated, and the tub seemed to have a lot of wear and tear on it (but seemed clean).

"Beautiful property with a tranquil surrounding, the room has a view of the White mountains and the trees in the huge yard are in peak fall color. A good place for romantic escape.
The down side is that the room does not have a table/desk, it has only one small chair for double occupancy. Room is clean with nice bedding. "
