"The air conditioning was noisier than hoped for. Fortunately the weather was cool so I was able to cool the room down by just running the fan on the unit. Otherwise the noise would have been difficult to "deal with". "

"I have high expectations however if was decent enough to sleep and the staff was very polite and that itself goes along way."

"We love this hotel. I 100% recommend it to all. It’s incredibly clean. The kids love the pool and hot tub. The cocktails are delicious, and the staff are extra attentive, We always have a solid sleep on the bed too - not too soft and not too hard."

"Too many problems. Elevator was broken. Took steps and there was so much trash ! Breakfast was tea, coffee or watered down juice and a choice of honey buns or more honey buns. Room was kinda trashy. Sink had hair all over. Toilet wouldn't flush and made a sound like it was going to explode. Shades would not close. Hallways smelled and were absolutely a disgrace. Lobby area was uninviting. Staff lost keys!!! Nightmare !"

"My family of 4 stayed in the King suite, and I was blown away by the size—it felt more like a spacious apartment than a hotel room. While the pool was a nice touch, the breakfast was the real highlight; the variety was impressive, and the kitchen staff couldn't have been friendlier.The stay was great overall, though I do have one small qualm: the fitness room is pretty bare-bones. It only has a couple of treadmills and an elliptical, so don’t expect any free weights or a universal set. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but having some strength-training equipment would have been the cherry on top of a near-perfect stay."
