"The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location is very convenient, with food, a gas station, and the airport nearby. However, this was my second stay at this hotel, several months apart, and one of the two elevators was still out of service, which caused longer wait times. I was also disappointed with the housekeeping. They replaced the towels and made the beds, but the bathroom and sink were not cleaned, and the room was not vacuumed, even after I asked for the bathroom to be cleaned. Overall, the customer service was good, but the hotel could definitely improve its maintenance and housekeeping."

"Breakfast was truly awesome. Buffet is 36 a person, but our room rate included it... so book it that way and enjoy the hotel and short walk to anything around Centennial Park!!!"

"Booked through Experia and got the best price. Restaurant chef was not great. There were no other customers. The chef poured my vinagrette dressing and it was sopping wet and very oily. he should have let me pour my own. The veggie burger was hard on the outside na ok on the inside. I couldn't understand the waiter correctly and the chef put seriously hot mustard on my burger instead of on the side, I was able to rescue the burger but not the rest of the bun and veggies. And to top it off, the chef didn't have ice cream to help me get my mouth back in working order. hotel great, clean, easy to be in, chef in restaurant…not so much."

"The staff at the Starling provided outstanding customer service. Each phone call was answered with enthusiasm and questions answered. Really liked the multiple food choices at the hotel upstairs. I went to the Thai spot and ordered spring rolls and the crispy chicken. The only draw back is they do not offer irons in the rooms."

"Very clean hotel, lots to do just in the lobby and friendly staff. Only issue was the A.C. was weak in my room so it was a little warm. Other than that a great hotel"
