"The check-in process was easy and there was no pesky deposit required. We even got a free upgrade! Ashley at the front desk was very helpful, as well as Amy who handled the breakfast buffet. Very friendly staff and the room was spacious and clean. Things were unplugged so we initially thought fixtures were broken. The bathroom area was much nicer than other places we have stayed. There was clear presence of maintenance on hand who were diligently working on projects."

"Room had a weird smell, AC unit screeched whenever the fan activated, batteries in remote were dead, no body wash in the shower and rooms are a little faded. Staff was really nice and helpful though and breakfast was very good."

Had to ask to open pool and it was full of bugs my husband cleaned it out. Hoping we didn’t collect any bed bugs. "We enjoyed the complementary 3 cocktails and food after checking in. They had a very good pasta with grilled chicken plus green salad, steamed vegetables, and soft drinks. The lady working their bar was so nice to all her clients as was the staff refilling food stations and cleaning the table. Even the manager was checking with all the guests at check in and in the dining area. Breakfast was equallt good. Rooms were clean & quiet. Landscape and outside seating was exceptional. Overall...

"Definitely not a great stay! There was a hole patched in our room that wasn't painted not really clean. Couldn't use pool due to a baseball team. Breakfast was your usual nothing great. Coffee all day was probably the best!"

"This was overall a nice hotel, clean rooms the bathroom didn’t have shampoo for men but that’s ok. The staff was very Professional, helped me with my remote control it didn’t work but put fresh batteries in it, the pool area was nice n clean n warm, the breakfast was really good, hotel was quiet inside n out, hallways n stairs was clean, no elevator but that’s ok, I will be staying here on my next visit.
