"We had a great stay! The room was very clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The lake view was beautiful and made for a relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, which made our stay even more comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other travelers."

"Great location on the lake. My husband and I kayacked, fished, brought our pup along. We enjoyed sitting on the porch overlooking the lake. The owners were more than welcoming, anticipated our needs before we thought of them. "

"I was there for training. Staff was very pleasant and helpful at check-in. Room was very clean. I did have a room with a balcony, there were some large spider webs on the porch that should have been removed. Food was very good. Overall, a very good experience and staff was very nice at check-out."

"I love this place, it was so nice, quiet and peaceful. The remodeling of the Inn was spot on it kept the charm of the original Inn and the grounds were beautiful. The innkeeper Tim was an excellent host. We even got to meet the owner. If you are looking for a romantic get away or just simple low key charm this is a gem found in a remote lovely location in North Carolina. We will defiantly be back."
