"We were literally locked out of our room because the system was down. We missed our reservations for dinner and spent almost 2 hours along with other guests in the Lobby while someone tried to troubleshoot. It was awful. "

"Over all it was a nice stay and the staff were very nice. The only complaint the husband had was the shower head felt dirty like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time and the pool felt slimy on the stairs. Laundry services were nice and clean and breakfast was good. It was a pretty quiet stay"

"The floors were dirty in the bathroom. Bed sheets had what appeared to be stains! Not sure the bedding/ linen was clean. Smelled like mold and so did I and my clothing! People smoking at entrance from the back resturant made me nauseated.and it followed you into the building. Very run down and old!"

"The property is great. The amenities are quality- nothing is cheap… kitchen is stocked & utensils are not flimsy- bedding is nice. Some good touches like under mount lighting in the bathroom that comes on as you walk in- the temperature is easy to keep constant (which is rare in units) it’s very walkable and the parking is easy ($60 per night). "This property was going through extensive renovations at the time of our stay. The workers were pounding and sawing until around 9pm. There was debris everywhere making it not only unsafe, but very unsightly! Our room window looked out onto an ugly mountain of discarded mattresses. Our room had been renovated and was nice, but was very small. I think this hotel should not have been open for business during their renovation, and we definitely should not have been charged full price!"
