"The property/park is absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. The Lodge is clean, but dated, low on in room amenities. But, the price was right and the food in the on property restaurants was very good, fresh, farm to table. Definitely worth a stopover. The views are breathtaking and the mansion museum was a treat."

"The condition of the exterior was terrible. Lots of water damage. The lobby and game room had ceiling falling down. Carpet was nasty. Bedroom smelled like marijuana and mold. Do not stay at this hotel. It is not worth a dollar a night. The front desk clerk kept leaving and coming back, rubbing his nose like he was doing drugs. "
