"The parking is problematic if you are trying to get somewhere by a certain time. There is only 1 way in and 1 way out. Unfortunately, I had to go through a housing community to get to the “In Only” entrance and when I left this morning I had to go through the same housing community to get to where I was going. It was frustrating as I was headed to work and ended up not giving myself enough time."

"My stay was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable from the moment I arrived. The entire hotel had a strong, unpleasant odor—the elevator smelled, and the second floor had a foul smell as soon as the doors opened. The room itself was in very poor condition and clearly in need of major upgrades, including paint, carpeting, and lighting. After turning on the lights, I immediately saw a roach crawling up the wall, which I had to kill myself. That alone made the room feel unsafe and unsanitary. The bathroom was just as bad—the tub and toilet were heavily stained and chipped. The TV remote was dirty and missing its battery cover, and the cable service wasn’t working at all. On top of that, there were multiple dogs barking, which made it hard to relax. Overall, the room felt dirty to the point where I didn’t want to touch anything. This was an extremely uncomfortable experience, and I left feeling frustrated and disgusted. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made."

"The rooms could use an updating. The pictures on line did not match the rooms. The restaurant staff was not friendly on the phone. The enterence to the lobby was dark and not well lit."
