"Bathroom in room was dirty. Took 3 times contacting front desk and manger to get cleaned.The third time i took pictures ro manager at front desk and had to show cleaner where to clean. Also had a outlet in room sparking and burned. Took 3x to get this fixed also. When cleaners cleaned riom did not restock coffee. The hotel said they would make it right with me but didnt see anything. Besides that the pool and beach was nice. Will never book this hotel again. "

"We booked two rooms at Pier 60 Hotel based on a previous positive experience, but unfortunately this recent stay was one of the most inconvenient hotel experiences we have had in a long time. Upon arrival, the check-in process was extremely frustrating. Only one elevator was operational in what appeared to be a very busy hotel. There were approximately 14 people waiting for the elevator for over 15 minutes, with additional groups waiting on nearly every floor. Because of this, our group of four...

"Beautiful resort and views. Excellent beach. However the resort is a little boring and there’s not much happening in the lobby or common area. If you’re not dining there isn’t much in the way of entertainment at night, and there’s nowhere nearby worth walking to (fine for a resort stay but not fine if the resort is lacking action)."

"This was a very nice place. What we loved about this place: we didn't have to pay for daily parking, we didn't have to pay daily resort fee, we didn't have to pay daily amenities fees. We didn't get an outrageous bill when our stay was over. We love that it is in walking distance to John's Pass. Will I book this place again, you bet! Plus, the beach view is outstanding. "We stay here every time we come to Clearwater. The location is so convenient. The rooms are always clean and adorable and the staff is always very friendly. We will definitely be going back."

"Great views. Pool was nice. Restaurant was yummy :)) However, location was under renovation, so very loud construction. No house keeping when asked. Will charge you a nonrefundable $200 ($40 per day) for “amenities”."

"Everything was fantastic. We had a poolside room, right in front of the elevator so no good views. But the room was cleaned and stocked daily. The restaurants were great. Everything was 5- star except the extremely long trek to the water. That just wore us out."

"Everything very good! A new hotel with very beautiful decor, a great location, and friendly staff. The Tiki bar is also really cool, with good food. The pool is small but nice. It's a shame we couldn't get an early check-in or late check-out."

"The location was ideal. The bed was comfortable, and the lobby was beautiful. Staff members was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The pool furniture left a lot to be desired and the pool area was simply too small to accommodate the size of the hotel. The lights in the room were frustrating to figure out despite labels, which I’m sure were added to assist in the process. "

"From the time we arrived - when I did seek clarification - the wifi was both spotty and slow or simply wouldn’t connect at all. Using the neighbouring restaurant shouldn’t be required spending this kind of price range and it seems incongruous when seen in the context of the overall experience.
