"I found it shocking that the beach was dirty in the morning. It was like a night club was there with all the bottles and plastic. City crew was on the beach at 6am. When I left at around 9am to go back to my room at opal, the beach was clean. This is not the resorts job because at least 50 more resorts, along with bars, restaurants, and stores share that coast in the gulf. And it is at least a thousand people on the beach daily. "I absolutely do not recommend this for families, as the nightlife is open to the public, and at night on weekends becomes like a nightclub. Other than that, the facility is nice, the staff is excellent, and the location can’t be beat. If you’re traveling as a couple or adult friends, it is really great. The music goes on late night on Friday and Saturday night, so you have to expect that if you bring kids. But for adults, it’s very very cool."

Tony provided top notch service from check-in to check out. The entire staff was so attentive to all of our needs and made us feel so welcome. They even purchased a special bath mat for my mom and stored her wheelchair for the rental company.
