"On check in there is no lift it’s broken !! So one lift for a large 2 story hotel !!!! Seems a bit odd we were however shown to the staff lift now the staff parts of the hotel inc the lift are pretty awful worn and dirty. So the rooms are ok however no aircon in rooms so even a mild temp day and ..."
