"The location was perfect to the Rocket Arena and downtown restaurants. The check-in clerk was not personable at all. Lobby, hallways and elevator were like saunas. Went to room and the door was ajar. Room was still being cleaned. Walk into cleaning supplies but no cleaning person. She was across the hall so she came back over to finish (very apologetic). Wiped down bathroom quickly. She left and we went in the room to find the room full of hairs in the bathroom, stains on the walls, etc. Took a shower with the hand towel on the bottom of the shower because it wasn’t clean enough. The next morning went to get breakfast that I paid extra for and there was one worker that I saw, a group of people at the host stand, and the place was packed. I knew I was getting anything quickly so I left because we had to get going within the next 1/2 hour. I was not happy with the amount I paid for one night and the way it turned out. "

"Beautiful adaptive reuse that preserves the original architecture of the building. Valet parking is always easy and friendly. Breakfast and evening kickback are always well stocked and well staffed. They make fresh pancakes on a griddle at breakfast and the eggs were real and not rehydrated! The staff is always walking around offering to get you anything and clear off any used dishes. Awesome location in downtown. "

"Well unfortunately are first room, stains looking like possible blood. That was on the 4th floor
Then moved to the 11th floor room was much better, definitely cleaner."

"I was expecting much more from Wyndham. The property is in need of much renovation. One of two elevators wasn't working and the other was slow, dirty, and its door made a loud screeching sound, the room's door didn't have a functioning deadbolt. One bedside light didn't work and the other had a broken shade, the refrigerator door didn't close, the AC cover plate was broken, scratches on the walls and furniture, loose wall papers, the sink didn't have a stopper, one towel had a hole in it, no pen and pad of paper, the smoke detector was hanging loose on the wall, no clock in the room, and a few more things along these lines."
