"Love the decor and location!"

"The property is in an excellent location! The place was very clean with very comfortable beds and pillows! The only thing missing was toilet paper and a blow dryer which I would recommend you have there!"

"The room was clean and fairly large. Two bedrooms and a small hide a bed in the living room. The kitchen faucet was loose as was the bathroom door knob. Minor problems. Six people could fit but it would be cozy. Our group was 3 and it was very nice. Many restaurants and bars were not too far away and baseball/ football stadiums weren’t too far away. Definitely worth it and would recommend."

"The communication is TOO good. I received well over a dozen texts or emails during my 2 day stay and it was excessive. It was a large house, and just me on a business trip, but would be great for a family. Very well equipped"

"I had excellent communication with the corporate office and the on-site manager. The building is fabulous with an excellent gym, rec room and pool. The garage is easy to get in and out, plus a brewery right next door...it was the perfect choice. I will look for the company in other cities for future travels."

"The view was wonderful. We were on the 2nd story of #1. It was quiet, had a fire place, jacuzzi tub, full studio. Only snafu was we were supposed to receive an email from expedia with the code. There was a number to call at the property so it all worked out."

The host is not on-site, and the instructions for accessing the parking garage were incredibly unclear. We tried contacting the host for assistance, but it took several hours to receive a response. We arrived around 8:00 p.m. and, after a six-hour drive, did not actually get into the accommodation until approximately 11:00 p.m. This was incredibly frustrating and exhausting. The parking...

"Parking was easy and access to local restaurants / Shops was great. Also, easy access to the highway to downtown Cleveland. The host was great and there were easy instructions for access and using the Unit. The bed was HUGE and comfortable :)"
