"This property was clean and the room was accommodating for families with multiple kids. Breakfast was somewhat limited but fine for us. The issues experienced in the room included outlets not working. We had 9 devices to charge after busy days and we struggled to have them fully charged for the next day. We went to Cincinnati with another couple for an overnight getaway and everything was great until we got up this morning and went down for breakfast at 7 a.m when breakfast was supposed to start. "Always a good stay at the Hampton Inn. Room service, latino guy, was knocking hard on my door at 10:15am. I had the do not disturb on the handle. I asked him why the knocking but no english. I felt a bit rushed for leaving at 10:45am. Also the person at the front desk “stepped away” , so I couldn’t complain, I left the key cards on the counter."
