This was a great hotel. The Kickback was excellent. And who offers 3 free adult drinks a night anymore?!? Loved this property. Only two things I would complain about: I don't like sandpaper for toilet paper and the TV needs a guide.

Very nice room. Simple breakfast included as is a small dinner also at 5:30 and 3 drinks. Two restaurants a 5 minute walk away. A shopping mall about 10 minutes walk away. Downtown Cleveland will need a car or taxi. It was a great place to see the solar eclipse.

I stayed with a friend for 5 days. We had the king suite with separate bedroom. Our room was never cleaned. The housekeeper was rude and didn't seem to want to work. I told her on two days that we would be going out at 2PM and asked her to clean the room when we were gone. She didn't. I kept having trouble with the TV remote. The TV also did not have a schedule of channels, so to see what was on we had to channel-flip. Annoying and a waste of time.

Excellent location and staff. My issue was with Expedia! My room reservation was rebooked in incorrectly and it put a damper on my celebration!! Extremely disappointing.

This was my first time booking in Ohio. I’ve booked before in Columbus and then enjoy my stay both times however, my room had a dog smell as well as two lights went out the time of my stay other than that I really enjoy the free breakfast the dinner and of course, how could you forget the kickback Literary everything is in one spot. What more could you ask for?

We did enjoy our stay at the hotel. They had a good selection of food. The only thing I didn't like was that they closed the pool two hours earl for no reason and the fire alarm was blaring at 330 in the morning and we all had to go downstairs for about an hour.

We just spent the weekend at the Drury Inn. On our second night the fire alarm went off at 3 am causing some chaos. Things happen. And the staff handled it very professionally. This hotel was spotless. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a cleaner hotel. Lots of extras included in this hotel. Even with the alarm circumstance, this hotel is a 5 star. Definitely will go back if in the area.

Amazing time, clean & comfortable & friendly!
When looking for a hotel to take a few friends to celebrate my daughter's 14th birthday, we chose the Drury Inn because it came highly recommended by multiple acquaintances - and I understand why! The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We had a suite and it was large, comfortable, beautiful, and very clean. The shower was GREAT haha. I was so relaxed and as a mom that was luxurious, lol. The pool and hot tub were awesome and very popular with guests, but they're also a decent size so it still wasn't too crowded! Everything just really exceeded my expectations. We missed our chance to enjoy the evening kickback service (our own fault!) and overslept and missed breakfast lol so I can't review those unfortunately - but it all sounded awesome and I will definitely come back to make sure I get the chance to experience that! Now that I understand the hype, in the future I'll go out of my way to stay at a Drury Inn when we're traveling. Highly recommend!

Great hotel near Cleveland
We stayed at this hotel for a short visit to Cleveland to go to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, a Cavs game, and the Football Hall of Fame. Every single staff member was pleasant. The pool and hot tub were great. The evening snacks and drinks were very convenient. The hotel is very clean and is located in a nice area. There are restaurants nearby as well as a Whole Foods. My whole family rated this hotel at a 10/10. I will look for this particular brand of hotel for future stays.

Could be better, but still nice
One of the elevators was down so we had long wait times to get up and down from our room on the 7th floor. the breakfast was not that great. It tooks staff long times to refill the food and there wasnt much to choose from when we went down to eat at 7:30 am. Also the customer cups for drinks were baby size. not even 12 oz. Which made you have to refill a lot or bring your own cup to breakfast. The coffee wasnt that great, and they only had half & half and not regular creamer. On the plus side, the rooms were nice and clean, although the beds were not the most comfortable. The pool seemed a bit dirty. Staff was super nice and professional.
