The staff, especially the valet guys are phenomenal!
The room Superior on the 11th floor, while small super cute. Had some difficulty getting the ac to work properly. A team member had it working before we returned to the room.
Biggest complaint. No complimentary coffee in any part of hotel. Room pour over (tea bag style) absolutely a joke. The 4 creamers and sugars supplied aren’t even close to enough. Coffee purchased in restaurant is over $5 a tiny cup.
There is wonderful coffee place to the right walking out door of hotel.
We had a burger in restaurant onsite. It was great!!
With so many great food choices on 4 th street, 1 block away we only had the one meal at hotel.
Great place to stay to walk to just every place to visit downtown.
Once again the door/valet guys are on it!! They’ll even run to get your car if there in a hurry.
