The staff was excellent. The room was just ok. I numbers on the A/C unit were broken, the fridge kept me up at night as it was extremely loud, and the people above me were loud as well. The building is old so the improvements don't really hide that. It was sufficient for 2 nights.

Housekeeping was asked to come back in 10 minutes, but they never cleaned the room. The front desk did not tell us at check in that they also need to be notified if we ask housekeeping to come back later, but they argued with us that we should have “known”. The walls are paper thin. We could hear everything from surrounding rooms. The fitness center was nice, but the lightest weight were 15lbs. The location was ideal for events in the area. Traffic was minimal.
