Fully equipped kitchen, clean room, adequate parking, good in room amenities, great location by alot of restaurants and shopping. My issue was the first room I was assigned reeked heavily of cigarette smoke, even with the window open. The staff was friendly, responsive, apologetic and accommodating. They quickly moved me to a fresh room closer to the front of the building. Overall, a good experience for one night. I would stay here again.

The room was a lot more than I expected. The king bed was comfortable, the bedroom and bath linens were fresh and clean. The fireplace was a cozy bonus, and it was easy to turn on. The kitchen was easy to use and spacious. I enjoyed my stay, although I do wish that the pool was repaired and open.

The room was excellent and the beds were comfortable. I enjoyed the fireplace on such a cold night. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the noise from the people upstairs, they had a dog running around all night. The staff at the front desk were friendly as well. I would definitely stay here again.

My absolute favorite location to stay. The employees here are absolutely amazing and I would highly recommended this place to anyone looking for a nice comfortable hotel with great staff. I’m actually thinking about applying for a position here just because I grew so close to this location and I can see myself working here and being apart of the team. Thanks sonesta westlake. Me and my children are grateful for the kindness and cleanliness and just overall great atmosphere you all have. Losing my house was devastating but having a short term home for my children here has been a blessing.

We booked this last minute when we needed another night closer to home, but couldn’t get all the way home. It was so nice to have a full kitchen space and a living room area separate from the beds. If we are in the area again, we will definitely be renting another! Great price for a small ‘apartment style’. I’ll be looking for similar in the future!

The staff was wonderful and very helpful anything we needed they did what ever needed to be done to get what we needed the rooms where very clean any area we used at the hotel where very clean and well kept ( pool washing machine area fitness room ) staff were very friendly would definitely love to stay there again and rates were very reasonable
