It was brand new; just opened, so no too many people staying there. Nice and quiet.

Rooms were nice and clean. But most of all the customer service was amazing. I had a problem with the heat and they immediately not only apologized but switched me to another room. This is a new hotel, if you are ever in town, I highly recommend.
