Top Clifton Hotel Reviews
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Woodway - Waco South
10/10 Excellent
"I stay here a lot! Great staff and facility."
Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Waco North

"Nice place I wish they offered weekly or monthly rates for regular travelers and Bonvoy members."
Fairfield Inn & Suites Waco South
10/10 Excellent
"The Fairfield was clean. The staff were quite friendly, helpful and pleasant. When we checked out, we inadvertently left one of our phones in the room. We discovered this about 20 minutes later while we were at a family gathering in town. I called the front desk and housekeeping had found the phone! Needless to say, we were relieved. We picked it about an hour later. Two things to note and the reason for my 4 star rating for the facility aspect: 1. Plumbing issues: The tub faucet leaked at the handle and the sink faucet was plumbed backwards. When you thought you were turning on the cold water in the sink, out came hot water, and vice versa. These are not deal breakers, just annoyances that need the attention of a plumber. 2. The fragrance/perfume that greeted you at the door and in the lobby was not unpleasant, just overpowering. The fragrance must come from some cleaning product. A member of our family has sensitivity to strong perfumes and was bothered by this, but was not debilitated by it since she was not in the environment very long."
Hotel Indigo WACO - BAYLOR by IHG
8/10 Good
"When I stayed at the Indigo, the building and staff were excellent. No complaints there. My one objection concerned the wifi. Trying to follow the instructions to log in was clumsy and unimpressive. I never got logged in the the hotel wifi--I had to use my own iPhone to get online to exchange a few emails. I was told at the desk to contact the hotel's IT department, but it took too long to set things up. I had hoped to watch some podcasts on my iPad. Oh well. Otherwise it gets my recommendation."
