" The 1st rooms we were put in were filthy. The beds were dirty, the Tv and refrigerator didn't work and the floor had not been vacuumed. The couch was filthy. The 2nd rooms We had to have them change the sheets and mattress pads, they were dirty and one pillowcase had dried blood stains on it. One room the Tv didn't work at 1030pm after a long drive the front desk clerk had to come up and finally got it fixed. the kitchen above sink light was out. They front entrance is not locked at night even though it is not in a great part of town. They allow the homeless to come in and use the restroom and get lemon water they provide for guest. while using the pool the kids could not use the restroom because of this. As paying guest we should be able to safely use the amenities. We could not send the kids to the lobby alone for their hot chocolate due to the homeless population allowed to roam. Only 1 elevator worked that was long waits during check out with everyone loading up their things. One time we had to not get on the elevator when it came due to a homeless man getting on, we chose to wait for safety with the kids. I was very disappointed in the lack of safety and concerns for their paying guest. The front desk clerks and breakfast lady were nice. I would not recommend staying especially with kids due to safety concerns and lack of cleanliness."

"Very clean facility, staff personable, breakfast was great, with a large selection of hot foods. The silos and downtown within walking distance from the hotel. We enjoyed our Waco stay."

"Spent two nights here.for Waco convention event. Drive and or walk is close by. Beautiful close walk to Brazos River with plenty of walkways and beautifully restorwd bridges. Highly recommend. "

"Our room was beautiful and we loved the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is not a coffee maker in the room, only a hot water kettle and instant coffee and tea. The grout in the bathroom and entry way of our room was dirty."
