"I booked this hotel for a two-night stay but checked out around 5 AM the first night because the room conditions were unacceptable. The room was not just unclean—it was clearly not serviced at all. "The staff were very friendly. The room was very nice. The shower had great pressure. I loved that the central unit had a fan mode so I could have the white noise. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. I loved that they had apples and bananas out to where you can get them to go. The one minute pancake maker was awesome! We will definitely book again next time we stay in Oak Ridge."

"The hotel was fairly new and very clean. There were almost no amenities. It was a comfortable place to sleep, but it offered nothing special. To get in to the hotel area, you had to scan your key, but the door relocked 3 times before I could get from the scanner to the door. (Irritating)"
