"The room was very clean and the staff was incredibly helpful when I called to ask about early check-in. I’m not sure what time breakfast is, but hot breakfast was not out when I went by at 6:15 so that may be late for some people. I was happy to grab coffee and a banana! They also had “bold” coffee which was so nice after so many watery coffees at other hotels!"

"Check in male kind of made me feel as if I was bothering him. However, the stay was nice. The room was exceptionally clean. Bed was comfy! TV channels were a little difficult to maneuver through. Breakfast was good!! I would stay here again."

"Hotel is convenient to shopping and well priced. Exterior was neat and clean. Staff was super nice and accommodating. Room, linens and bathroom were clean. However, the carpet and furniture in the hallways and lounge area were EXTREMELY dirty and need to be replaced. Elevator was dirty. Common areas and lobby need cleaning/updating. This is an older hotel so some age and wear is to be expected, but the carpet was unacceptable. This was our second time staying here. We come to Knoxville twice a year and we will probably stay elsewhere next time."
