"Very clean hotel….friendly staff & great breakfast!"

"This was one of the dirtiest hotel rooms I have ever been given. The bathtub had what appeared to be human waste and hair in it, the toilet seat had urine on it, bugs were inside the light fixture, and the room clearly had not been cleaned. We also paid for a Premium Room upgrade that advertised upgraded bedding and snacks which were not provided. The stairwell smelled strongly of marijuana and the hot tub we specifically booked for closes at 9pm and appeared poorly maintained. Completely unacceptable. Photos of these conditions have been documented."

"Great location and super convenient parking area. You can simply walk from airport to hotel. However, the staff needs major training. I have stayed here multiple times and have had multiple challenges. Last time, I was traveling with a young single female assistant from UK. She had her own room and the hotel gave another man a key to her room, who walked in on her while she was showering! She was traumatized and called my room panicking when she couldn't get staff to help. I went to front desk and complained. They shrugged it off as a mistake. They did NOTHING to make it right. No follow up. No compensation for the young female. NOTHING. Horrible staff. "

"There were dead lady bugs by the window. The door had to be pushed to close properly. The room smelled of old bacon grease and disinfectant. Bare minimum of bare minimum. I booked it baed on the reviews I read and honestly don't know where those people stayed but either they got better rooms or they were on something. "
