"The hotel was clean and the staff was excellent. The in room robes were just what I needed. "

"Upon arrival, no one was tending to the front desk. Another customer walked in and stated he believes they went to the airport. The room smelled clean but the sink had red toothpaste in it from a previous customer. I killed 2 water bugs inside the room and the bed was hard and lumpy"
