"객실과 뷰가 정말 환상적이었음. 오페라 하우스 뷰는 정말 평생잊지 못할 경험이었다. 차에서 내리면 직원들은 모두 친절했다. 감기에 걸렸는데 따뜻한 물을 요청했고 바로 가져다주었다. 또한 채크인을 빨리해주었고 루프탑 수영장도 하버브릿지 바로 아래라 좋았다. 다만 수질은 좋지 않아보였다. 건물이 오래되었으나 관리눈 잘된 편이다. "

"Wir hatten zu viert ein Verbundzimmer, jeweils mit kleiner Küche. Die Zimmer waren top und trotz der Tatsache, dass sich das Hotel in der Innenstadt/Fußgängerzone befindet, recht ruhig. Gewöhnungsbdürftig bleibt für mich, dass alles im Hotel dunkel gehalten wird, Muss man mögen. Frühstück kann man sich allerdings sparen, die Auswahl war überschaubar und qualitativ Mittelmaß. Alles in allem aber ein gutes Hotel, in das ich wieder gehen würde."
