"The fridge was against a wall and the door was placed on the opposite side so you could not access the fridge, impossible to fit to open the door unless you’re a kid. We had to move it to use it."

"The property was very much clean I stay at a different hotel before this when I saw it on the website i was like oouuu n it budget friendly so yeso i book it and did didn’t regret my decision not once ,so I was happy to be able to have somewhere I feel comfortable to stay"

"If you are ok with a Harley Davidson with LOUD straight pipes on the sidewalk owned by a rude man living there then it’s a great place. However if you park in “ his “ ramp ( handicap parking) then it’s not a good place. Lost 3 nights of business from me because I didn’t feel safe from retaliation."

"I felt safe, nothing happened to my car, the staff may not have been chipper but no attitudes and they always helped. The AC in my room was on point can’t lie, one of the best parts of the room. WiFi was decent once I got on the main WiFi. The only issue honestly was the roaches. I bought my own products to kill them off and it took a while but they were a constant problem. Then the price went up and I felt it wasn’t worth it."

"Booked wrong airport Hobby instead of Bush. Contacted within 5mins of booking after realising my error. It was close to midnight when I booked after a flight delays and missed connections. They denied the cancellation. I tried again but they did not budge. Terrible long term business vision."

"I was very disappointed in my stay. First off, when booking, there was two options in the photos and I chose the option photo with a walk in shower, however, the room I got had a tub/shower. The room was out dated and small. Bed was not comfortable however the pillows were. Not a quiet night as I could hear the highway noise all night. The room itself didn’t feel clean but maybe it’s just because it was out dated. Truly disappointed and will not stay here again. When I was checking out the guy...

"The customer service at this location is absolutely horrible. The front desk refused to honor an earlier booking I made. I waited several hours in the lobby until rebooking. So I was forced to pay again for a room already paid for. In the meantime I have not receive a refund for the original booking. The manager said there was nothing she could do to assist me other than cancel my original booking."
