"Breakfast was good. Front desk staff was not very helpful. We noticed at checkout others received a more welcome introduction when they checked in. The layout of the entrance was inconvenient as there were stairs to get to the small elevator. While we waited in the lobby for our flight, the front desk staff ignored us and don’t offer us any assistance. "

It’s in a good neighborhood, within walking distance of good restaurants and shops, and the staff couldn’t possibly be more helpful and accommodating.
