"Stayed there for 10 days. Great location, nice room but house keeping & service seriously required huge improvements. On day 2 or 3 my own face towel was missing from the bathroom. I reported it to the receptionist. 3 times. No update until I checked out. On day 7, I was asked to move due to leakage in AC & promised an upgrade but turned out it was only two drinks coupons. Bed was too soft for me. I ordered room service for breakfast once, and was disappointed as it came in a paper bowl and...

"Loved our stay at BrewDog DogHouse! The hotel was located in the perfect spot for walking and access to public transit. The property and room felt clean, modern, safe, also very cozy and comfortable. The staff of the hotel and restaurant were incredibly friendly, helpful, kind. We ate at the property for multiple meals - delicious interesting food and drinks were top tier. Thank you so much!!"
